Setting in front of the angel of independence and convenient access to national auditorium. The nearby restaurant, Hotel Carlota, was as close as 500 feet from the property. Good beds in the rooms
Great location near Shopping areas, Zona Rosa and numerous Restaurants, Movie theatre and easy access to other parts of Mexico City.
Our understanding at the time of booking was that all taxes were included in the booking price of US$411 for our stay of 6 nights. HOWEVER, at the check out, we were charged all taxes over and above the room rates. Our total bill was $486 Canadian (about US$472), the bill included about $13 of Telephone charges (very high charges of about $1/minute for local calls!!). So we feel that we were overcharged about US$48.
Good standard qualty price trade off
Nice spacious rooms with comfortable kingsize bed and clean look. Great location, just 3 minute walk from la Reforma. A large modern shoppingcentre is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Roomservice from Chili's, Pizzahut and Sushi.
Weak Wifi signal at the 9th floor. Breakfast with little choice.
every thing was ok.
the bed. because, it was not to clean
I Its a good hotel for the price and the staff was very comprehensive. I regret hard bed.
Location is great for main city atractions.
They did not respect the 3 adults reservations we made but they fixed very quickly
I liked the location and the big room.
Spacy clean modern room
Wireless internet not reliable
very nice and big room
no choice of hot drinks by breakfast, you need to ask the waiter
Good location. Friendly personal. Good price.
Very poor sound insulation between rooms and corridor/elevator.
The location, price, modern design. Staff were very helpful. Provide excellent taxi service.
WiFi went down and took too long to fix.
Excellent location, good internet connection, at least in my room, large confortable room, on a quite street.
Not a lot of choices in room service.
The location was very good-- a very quiet street yet in the center of the town. If it weren't for a loud and lousy singer vis-a-vis the hotel, it would be excellent. Variety of the breakfast was rich, bearing in mind the restricted area available for it.
The room offered to us was a double with an additional bed (actually a sofa), which was the worse part of the room. While the two normal beds were great, this one was highly uncomfortable. The breakfast room would certainly benefit from a coffee machine --asking someone to bring you the coffee, while it would be simpler if you're given a choice to chose from the machine, sound s a bit awkward.
the ac is very noisy, the rest is good
